I have dealt with Rand Automotive since 1987. Sometimes we do not take time to recognize and praise excellent service.

As a female customer I have been impressed by the attitude of the staff in dealing with my car repair and car service needs. I find they do not talk down to me nor baffle me with jargon. Instead, we discuss the necessary repairs or changes. I receive a full explanation of purpose and make a plan for the maintenance of my car. This explanation is given with good will and will let me know to plan any future maintenance.

All staff are friendly and willing to take time, including cleaning and vacuuming the car, and I am pleased with the standard of service.
